My husband and I recently worked with Tammy and her husband Chad on scouting the Knoxville area for a home. Although we did not come out successful, I cannot sing Tammy and Chad's praises enough. They truly are remarkable, responsive, knowledgeable, and so much more. We were not able to physically look at the houses and properties we were looking into due to travel constraints, and initially I was worried. However, Tammy is a "tell it like it is," honest person and I had no problem trusting her to be my eyes while we were searching. I found her through an agent-match service, and her name was given to me as well as couple others, and immediately, Tammy reached out to me with eager questions and really took initiative. I admire her hardworkingness and her heart for what she does. Her and her husband were truly God sends and did an amazing job. They are great, and I cannot recommend them enough! You will not regret working with them.

Heaven Sent; if I had to limit my words. Chad and Tammy Smith embraced the sale of our home as if it were there own. Todays market is craxy as well as the schedule of many realitors. Regardless, we were always top priority. I had complete and I do say complete trust with Tammy and Chad. I had thousands of questions that were always addressed if not immediately then in a timely manner. We knew, no doubt, they always had our best interes at heart. Super friendly, professionaly and thorough. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
